Dr. Gale B. Frazier is an educator, civil engineer, social entrepreneur, conference speaker, author, certified clinical trauma professional, chaplain, and ordained minister. She is the president and founder of The Daughters of Sarah International Outreach Ministries; former Minister for the Windsor Park Evangelical Lutheran Church; former radio and television talk show host; President and CEO of Construction Management Consortium LLC, a construction consulting group that specializes in workforce development training, job readiness skills, construction trades, STEM, youth leadership development and reentry preparedness.
Dr. Frazier is the former Illinois NAACP Youth and College Advisor, former Illinois Representative for the National Council on Educating Black Children; Advisory Chair and VP of Technical Operations for the Global Institute of Planning and Sustainable Development; finalist for the National Juvenile Justice fellowship; Chairperson for the National Black Agenda Consortium; and National Dean for the US Minority Contractors Association. Dr. Gale Frazier is a recipient of the prestigious Fulbright Scholarship and inductee in Who’s Who in Black Chicago 2014.
Dr. Frazier has a BS in Civil Engineering, a Master’s in Project Management and Doctor of Education; Certificates in Urban Principal Leadership from Harvard University Graduate School of Education; The Illinois Institute for Entrepreneurship Education; Edge University, the Joseph Business School; and Honorary Doctor of Divinity.
Dr. Frazier is a wife, mother of three adult children, grandmother, and godmother.
